Information Sharing and Disclosure
With Other Users
Your profile information visibility is controlled by your privacy settings. By default:
- League members can see your name, profile picture, and sports preferences
- League admins can see additional contact information (if you've made it visible)
- Other players can find you through player search (if you've enabled discoverability)
You can control what information is visible to others through your privacy settings.
With League Admins
League administrators have access to information about league members, including:
- RSVP history and attendance records
- Contact information (as permitted by privacy settings)
- Community ratings they've submitted
With Service Providers
We share information with trusted third-party service providers who help us operate our platform:
- Firebase (Google Cloud) for hosting and authentication
- Stripe for payment processing
- SendGrid for email notifications
- Firebase Cloud Messaging for push notifications
