    Admin dashboard

Most organizer workflows happen in the Admin section: creating/editing events, viewing RSVPs, managing sub requests, reviewing payments, and using analytics tools.

    Standard vs. Business leagues

Choose your operating model first. Standard is built for season rosters and recurring league players, while Business is built for exclusive public drop-ins with mandatory Stripe payments and optional mandatory waivers for RSVP.

    First decision
Standard vs. Business should be decided before league setup, since each model targets different real-world use cases.
    Analytics features

Review attendance and payment records: who attended which events, how frequently they attend, and how they paid.

    Scope
Analytics are focused on participation and payment history rather than reminder timing or moderator workflow planning.
    Create (and edit) events

Events define when/where the game happens, how many players can attend, and any restrictions you want (skill, age, or male/female/co-ed).

    RSVPs and waitlists

Players RSVP to tell you if they’re going. If the event is full, they can join the waitlist, and openings can be offered one-by-one or to everyone at once depending on your setup.

    Moderators & delegation

Invite trusted league members as moderators so they can help with events, RSVPs, roster updates, sub requests, and announcements.

    Permissions
You control which tools each moderator can access, so you can delegate without giving away full admin access.
    Filling spots with sub requests

Invite specific people when you already know who you want. Use sub requests when you need to widen the pool and fill quickly.

    Automation
If you want, sub requests can be auto-generated to help fill events with players outside your league when you’re short.

    Notifications

Notifications help reduce no-shows and confusion. Use event update notifications when details change, and use reminders so players know exactly when to show up.

    Payments (optional)

If you're collecting money, Runnit makes things simple. It’s fully configurable: from online payments with Stripe (including pending payment until paid), to marking paid status manually if you collect cash or other methods. Online payments go directly to your Stripe account.

    Trust, safety, and admin tools

As your league grows, you can use moderation and admin tools to keep things fair and organized.

    Strikes
Issue strikes to attendees for no-shows or serious issues. The goal is clarity and accountability.
    Community ratings
Ratings help you understand skill fit over time and build stronger, more balanced games.
    Advanced tools
You can also use features like blocklists, Event Pass tools, and league analytics as your operations mature.
    Next steps
    • Create your first event and invite your regulars.
    • If you’re short, publish a sub request.
    • Use reminders to reduce no-shows.
